Multiple – BRUSH SCREEN

BRUSH SCREEN separates large and fine elements from municipal or industrial wastewater. The equipment consists of a perforated sheet metal or wedge wire (mesh) with an air gap ranging from 0.25 to 6 mm. The solid elements are lifted, transported and unloaded using brushes suitable for cleaning the filtration zone. Brushes are guided by rails at the bottom without any bearings / mechanical components immersed by the water of the channel. An optional conveyor compactor can be added at the discharge for the screenings.
